Once your order is placed and confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be provided so you can track your order all the way to your front door. Our website also offers a 24 hour tracking page for your convenience.
Do you offer next day shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer next day shipping. We take time to make sure all orders are boxed and shipped correctly, safely and secure.
My order seems to be delayed, what do I need to do?
After you receive your tracking number, continue to track your package until you receive it. If you do not receive it within 7-10 days something may have went wrong with the shipping or shipping company. Contact us via email so we can tack a look and contact our shipping provider. Please include your full name, email address, tracking number or order ID number located on your receipt.
Do you offer shipping with other shipping companies?
We only use USPS as our shipping provider. USPS has a very high customer service rating with great tracking tools.
How can I find the status of an order?
Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If any of your items are out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified right away via email. When shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and you can track your package by clicking "Track My Package" located at the bottom of our website.
How can I create an account?
Creating an account is simple and quick. Click on "My Account' at the top of our site. Click "Create Account" and complete the few questions.
What payment options are available?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
Do you accept COD or Checks?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash or checks.
When can I cancel an order?
You can most likely cancel an order by emailing us within a day or two after you placed your order. However, if we have already shipped your order, we will notify you and you will have to return your item(s) after you receive it.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. You can visit our return policy located at the bottom of our site for more information.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on your entire order if you sign up for our email list. See the top of our site for more information. After you join our email list, you will receive great discounts and specials throughout the year.
What is the warranty on my watch?
We offer a full 90 day warranty on all of our watches. The warranty begins on the day delivery is confirmed by USPS which is logged into our system. We suggest checking your watch battery prior to contacting us. Even though quartz watch batteries last anywhere from 1.5- 3 years, you may have to replace the battery sooner than expected.
What can I do if I am sending a watch as a gift?
When you are placing your order, verify the shipping address for the person receiving the gift is correct. Check the box "This is a gift" so we know we are sending an order as a gift. The confirmation email(s) we send will continue to be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
